You can start another topic! You don't have to only add comments to the one thread. Be BOLD ... START A NEW THREAD.

I just let Bill Carrol, the exchange teacher from Australia, USS had in exchange for Reg Kerford, know about 5the event.  I invited Bill to take a look at uss90.com to get info on it.  Maybe, just maybe, he could be coaxed into coming.  I am sure he would win the farthest traveled award! He is on Facebook.

Hi USS Colleagues.

First of all, a sincere "thanks" to Peter Morris and all good folks organizing the upcoming 90th.  Considering I have yet to make a reunion of any kind I think I need to provide "best efforts" this time around.  What is so very enticing are all the comments from the late 60's/early70's.....must be us baby boomers are now entering the retirement chapter in our lives and a reunion comes with the territory.
So..... hope to pull away from the Calgary area for a few days and rekindle many old friendships,

Hi to everybody out there.  ("Is anybody out there?")  Just stumbled on this site and am quite excited.  I don't know why.  I will be there.  And for all the beautiful girls that wouldn't go to bed with me during puberty (and that would be all of them) maybe my luck will change. Aw com'on now!   Seriously, drop me an email if you wish to get in touch.  Looking forward to it.

Can't make the reunion, pity. But I wanted to send my best wishes, and a particular thanks for posting the Astra staff over the years. What a pleasure to see pics from that time and to read the blurb I wrote in 1968. I am moved and grateful. Have a great reunion! Love to all.

What a great time! Catching up with folks I haven't seen in years! (some as many as 30 years, wow!)
The USS Stage Band at opening ceremonies knocked it out of the park! The decade rooms brought me back (wayyyy back). And seeing the brand new 'sparkling' gym...I really can't thank the organizers enough. Already looking forward to 2023! For those Alumni who didn't make it out this time, may I suggest you start planning for the 100th celebration now - it's sure to be another fabulous event!
